Summer is winding down and it’s time to kick back, relax and be proud of all the work you’ve put in these past few months. We encourage you to enjoy yourself this holiday weekend. It’s not “quiet quitting;” it’s enjoying a healthy work/life balance that is essential for your mental well-being. Get outside and play, or binge Netflix — you’ve earned it.
