Built Better: The New Stearnswood Website

For more than five generations, Stearnswood Inc. has been a trusted name in custom transport packaging in Hutchinson, Minnesota. What began as a small, family-run operation building handcrafted wood crates has grown into a full-service packaging manufacturer serving businesses across the Midwest. Today, Stearnswood produces heavy-duty wood pallets, triple-wall corrugated containers, and precision foam cushioning designed to protect everything from industrial machinery to aerospace components.

When it came time to upgrade their website, the goal was clear: create a digital experience that reflects the same reliability, craftsmanship, and custom solutions that have defined the Stearnswood name for generations.

Stearnswood needed a website upgrade that not only modernized their look but also did a better job showcasing their full range of products and services. The new site also needed stronger SEO foundations and improved contact and quote request forms to make it easier for customers to connect with their team. Finally, the project created an opportunity to highlight Stearnswood’s long history by incorporating archival photos and an interactive timeline that brings their story to life.

To make the site more engaging, we incorporated interactive elements that bring the content to life. From scroll-activated photo movement to flip boxes and fun button hover effects, the site offers plenty of areas for users to explore.
